This policy covers Dump Daddy Trailers LLC and this website. Only what you give us. When you fill in our quote form, call, or text us, that's:
A driver's licence is sensitive, and we treat it that way. We use it only to confirm who signed the rental agreement. We don't share it, we don't copy it anywhere else, and we delete it once your account with us closes.
We don't ask for anything we don't need. There's no account to create and no password to remember.
That's it. We don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
We keep a payment card on file for your rental so we can charge it before pickup, as described in our rental agreement.
Card details are handled by our payment processor, not by us. We don't store full card numbers on our own systems, and we don't write them down.
We do not sell your information. Ever. To anyone.

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social media pixels. Nobody is following you from here to anywhere else.
Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we'll update this page first.
When you give us your number, you're agreeing that we can text and call you about your rental. That's scheduling, confirmations, pickup coordination, and one review request afterwards.
Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop texting. We'll still need to reach you about an active rental — we'll call instead.
We keep rental records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes — generally a few years, as Idaho and federal record-keeping rules require. Quote enquiries that don't turn into rentals get cleared out periodically.
Just call, text, or email — there's no form to fill in.
This is a service for adults renting equipment. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be flagged on the site.
