Priority on the calendar. Regulars get first call when trailers are tight.
Billing that suits you. Card on file works, and if you would rather be invoiced, ask — we will talk it through.
Insurance and licence up front. Because you are towing our equipment, we need your COI and the driver’s licence before the first collection. Once they are on file you are set for every job after.
