Think in pickup truck loads. The Weekender (10 yard) holds about 4–5 truck loads — right for a garage, a yard cleanup, or one room. The Big Daddy (15 yard) holds about 6–7 — right for a whole-house cleanout, a roof, or a bigger remodel. If you're between the two, take the bigger one. Running out of room mid-job is far more annoying than a little spare space, and it's only $50 more.
Plan on about 25 feet of length and 10 feet of width for the trailer itself, plus clear space overhead — no low branches or wires. A standard two-car driveway works fine. We also need room to back the truck in and pull straight out, so keep the approach clear.
The trailer sits on its own tires rather than being dropped off the back of a roll-off truck, and the sides are low enough to walk up and load over rather than heaving everything above your head. That's the main reason people pick a trailer over a dumpster.
We take real care with placement and can put boards under the jack and tires on request. Dump trailers sit on rubber tires rather than being dropped from a roll-off truck, so they're much gentler on concrete and asphalt than a traditional dumpster.
No. As long as we know where you want it and the spot is clear and accessible, you don't need to be there for either trip.
No paint, chemicals, oil, batteries, propane tanks, asbestos or other hazardous waste, and no tires with the rims still on. We also can't take concrete, dirt, rock, brick or asphalt — too heavy for our trailers. Appliances are $50 each and loose tires $10 each, so just tell us the count when you book. Roofing shingles and other heavy material are by quote only, because they hit the weight limit long before they fill the trailer.
Level with the top rail. Nothing can stick out above the sides, because we have to tarp the load legally before hauling. Weight matters more than volume, so heavy material will hit the limit before the trailer looks full.
Pick 1 day, 3 days or 7 days, counted as full 24-hour days from the moment we drop it off — a 1 day rental is collected the following day, not the same evening. Prices are shown before sales tax, which gets added at checkout. The price covers delivery, pickup, and two tons of disposal — there's nothing else to add unless you go over on weight. On 3-day and 7-day rentals you can also add a mid-rental dump for $150 — we come out partway through, empty the trailer and bring it straight back, and your included disposal goes up to 4 tons total. If you don't end up using it, we refund the $150 in full.
Because we deliver early in the morning, next-day is usually the fastest realistic turnaround on weekdays — book today and the trailer's in your driveway before you're up tomorrow. Weekends have a wider drop-off window, so there's more flexibility there. Availability also depends on where our trailers are that day, so call or text and we'll tell you straight.
We take all major cards, and the rental is charged when you book — that confirms your trailer and your date. We keep the card on file for anything after that: extra days if you need them, or the flat $50 if the load comes in overweight. We'll always tell you before we run a charge. Cancel 12 or more hours before delivery and you get a full refund. Inside 12 hours we can't refund it, since the run is already committed.
